Homeside Properties Adds Clients in Cobb, Atlanta, Loganville

Homeside Properties of Alpharetta, an Associa company, recently expanded its client portfolio by adding three communities: The Timbers of Vinings Condominium Association, Ansley North Cooperative and Cobblestone Mill Homeowners Association.

Homeside will provide a differing range of management services to the new community associations, including financial, accounting, administrative and maintenance services.

• The Timbers of Vinings COA – This community is located near the heart of historic Vinings in Cobb County consisting of 54 townhomes. It is within walking distance to shopping and dining.
• Ansley North Cooperative, Inc. – Ansley North was founded in 1996 as one of Atlanta’s first cooperative housing communities. Consisting of five buildings composed of 49 units, it is located in midtown Atlanta near beautiful Piedmont Park and the Ansley Golf Club. An on-site manager will be on staff two days per week.
• Cobblestone Mill HOA – Located in Loganville, this swimming and tennis community consists of 68 single family homes surrounded by beautiful green space.
