Residents Can Park for Free at Crabapple Fest

Free parking and shuttles will be available to residents all Saturday for the festival, which starts at 10 a.m.

Residents who plan to turn out for the much anticipated Crabapple Fest will have one less thing to worry about.

Free parking and shuttles to and from the festival's site will be provided throughout the event, according to the city of Milton's website.

Parking will be available at Milton High, Northwestern Middle and Crabapple Crossing Elementary schools and Crabapple Baptist Church and three shuttles will carry residents to and from the site.

The festival, organized by the city of Milton and the Crabapple Community Association, kicks off at 10 a.m. Saturday at Crabapple and Broadwell Roads in downtown Crabapple. It will be centrally located at 765 Mid Broadwell Road and directions can be found here

Milton will close Broadwell Road (detour map here) Friday at 6 p.m. and Crabapple Road at 6 a.m. Saturday (detour map here). Both streets will reopen at 6 p.m. Saturday once the festival wraps up.

This year, the city and and CCA merged two of its events for this year's Crabapple Fest: the Milton Roundup, which draws about 5,000 people, and the Crossroads at Crabapple Antique and Arts Festival, which garners roughly 10,000 people.
