In this recruiting position, the individual will assist us to track down top-tier talent. Our salary is negotiable, depending on salary history and experience, plus commissions for placements made.
Must Have Skills:
* Ability to communicate with all levels of IT professionals, from entry level to C-level executives, via phone, email, Face 2 Face , etc
* Experience with Job Boards and ATSs
* Strong work-ethic and determination
* A team player, willing to work outside of the scope of job description when necessary
* Experience with VMS a plus
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required
