A Hopewell Plantation Drive resident found that her identity had been stolen again, with a suspect getting her $9,000 tax refund. The local resident told Milton police on Jan. 4 that she learned identity fraud had been committed when she tried to file a tax return in September 2012 and was told one ad already been filed, with a tax refund issued on a prepaid card.
