UPDATED 4 p.m.: Charges against the suspects have been updated, and a photo of the third suspect has been added. An Alpharetta man and two Roswell men have been arrested in connection with the shooting death of 19-year-old Christopher Walker on March 12 outside his Milton home. City investigators and Crime Stoppers Atlanta want the public's help in finding the persons responsible for the shooting death of 19-year-old Christopher Walker.
Milton police want your help in finding three people believed to be involved in a murder and attempted robbery that occurred in the city on March 12, and they are ready to hand over up to $5,000 for the assistance. Police investigators and Crime Stoppers Greater Atlanta are offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and indictment of the person or persons responsible. The Milton Police Department is requesting assistance in identifying the persons of interest (POI) shown in the photos accompanying this article who may have information regarding the murder and attempted armed robbery. UPDATE: Police have identified the victim in Tuesday night's shooting in Milton. Milton police have identified the victim of a shooting just before 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 12 as Christopher Walker, 19. Walker was the victim in what police say was a robbery. The shooting took place in the driveway of his residence, 320 Silhouette Court, Milton. A Doraville woman was arrested after Milton police were called to the Walmart on Windward Parkway about a possible credit card fraud attempt on March 8 at 3:34 p.m. The loss prevention officer at the store said a cashier alerted him about a customer who might have used a fraudulent creidt card. The customer used the prepaid credit card to purchase two prepaid Mastercard credit cardsd and two children's toys. But when the cashier completed the transaction, he noticed the numbers on the card didn't match the last four numbers of the credit card that were shown on the receipt. Milton police arrested a 27-year-old Cumming man after he allegedly used store receipts to "return" goods he had just taken off shelves of the Walmart moments before. A loss prevention officer at the Walmart on Windward Parkway said the suspect was observed walking into the store on Jan. 13 without any items in his hands. He then was seen on video taking a men`s jacket, a shower curtain, and a package of paper towels off shelves. The suspect immediately took his shopping cart straight to customer service, and handed over receipts to be given cash – $39.80 – for returns. A Weycroft Circle man came home from a vacation on Dec. 22 only to discover his home had been burglarized. The victim told an officer that when he came home he found the back patio door had been shattered. He reported that two rings worth $8,000 and $400 respectively were missing, as was a purse with $800 in cash inside. Also missing were documents that contained immigration status paperwork. A cigarette tossed out the window of a car resulted in an Alpharetta woman and a juvenile facing drug charges. On Dec. 19 at 3:05 p.m., a Milton police officer saw the driver of an SUV throw a cigarette out the window of her vehicle, which was stopped on Morris Road northbound at its intersection with Webb Road. He stopped the vehicle and asked another officer to be sent to the scene after recognizing the driver. When the officer walked around the SUV to talk to the driver and three juvenile passengers, he smelled marijuana. A Milton woman reported to Milton police that her identity had been stolen to spend more than $12,500 on credit cards that were in her name at four different stores. The woman told police on Dec. 4 that Nordstroms had called her to ask permission to open an account in her name. The victim told the store employee that she was at home and was not attempting to open an account, according to an incident report. The store employee told her they needed to open the account so the person making the attempt could be prosecuted, so she gave the OK. No charges were made at Nordstroms. Hundreds of toys and gifts for family members were purchased by children during Tuesday night's annual Alpharetta Police Athletic League's Shop with a Cop event at Walmart on Windward Parkway. Officer Phil Ritchey, PAL coordinator, said the organization receives donations from the community – incuding one from Walmart – to provide each child with $100 to spend on gifts for themselves. Many of the children choose to buy gifts for their parents or siblings also. "We partner up with North Fulton Community Charities, and they pick families based on those donations," Ritchey said.
