Man Killed after Fleeing Gunman – Marietta Patch Marietta Police are investigating a murder involving an ex-boyfriend and another man. Marietta Police Officers responded to a report of a person shot at 113 Griggs Street at 2:30 p.m. Sunday. When officers arrived they found the victim, Arthur Moses Jr, 24 of Marietta, dead from multiple gunshot wounds.
