Most Sought-After Fugitive and Child Molester Dies in Custody - Douglasville Patch A 70-year-old man who spent the last 29 years evading law enforcement officials on child molestation and incest charges, died in custody Tuesday morning, according to Douglas County District Attorney David McDade. Charles Leon Parker, a sexual predator indicted in January 1983 on three counts of child molestation and two counts of incest, died in a medical correctional facility in South Carolina, eight months after being taken into custody by authorities. Students, Adults Collapse at Atlanta School; Man ID'd In Fatal House Fire

Students, Adults Overcome By Carbon Monoxide at Atlanta School - Atlanta Journal Constitution   Nearly 50 students and adults were taken to local hospitals Monday after being overcome by carbon monoxide at a southwest Atlanta elementary school. The incident began about 8:30 a.m. at Finch Elementary School in the 1100 block of Avon Avenue near Lee Street.
