The doldrums of winter are expected to lighten a bit this weekend with warm weather that's going to feel like early April instead of January. The Southeast, including Georgia, and states along the East Coast are expected to see temperatures way above average through Sunday, according to the Weather Channel. In Alpharetta and Milton, a slight chance of showers threatens an otherwise cloudy weekend as high temperatures Saturday and Sunday are expected to be near 70 degrees, according to the National Weather Service.
