Milton Relay for Life Team Presents 'True Vine & The Servers'
The Hopewell Baptist Church Candy Land team present a night of gospel singing, dinner and auctions to benefit the American Cancer Society.
Anybody can ask for money to support a Relay for Life team. The Hopewell Baptist Church Candy Land team will be doing quite a bit better than that, offering entertainment and a good meal in exchange for donations. Hopewell Baptist Church Saturday, Feb. 16 Meal: 5 p.m., plates $7 per person Singing: 7 p.m., $5 per person Both True Vine and The Servers will present gospel songs during the entertainment portion of the evening. The Servers is a gospel bluegrass group based in Villa Rica, in West Central Georgia. The Servers perform traditional bluegrass gospel music, bluegrass with a southern gospel flavor and an occasional acapella number.
