The salon's Arlene Lyons said since its opening in April 2012, The Mastery has quietly built a reputation for its exceptional customer experience built around a custom shampoo massage, called The ReLuxe, based on an Asian five-count massage technique designed specifically for The Mastery by a leading professional massage therapist.
