Ginger is this week's Atlanta Humane Society-Mansell Campus Pet of the Week.

Ginger is a beautiful shepherd mix who is looking to finally find her forever home. At eight months old, she is already 58 pounds and still has some growing left to do. She will be a large dog and is very active and playful. Ginger would love to find someone committed to helping her learn basic obedience while taking the time to help her spend all her energy. Ginger is smart and loves to please so she would make an excellent candidate for obedience classes. She would also be a good running buddy. Among her favorite things are rope toys and Frisbees. Belle Still Looking for Forever Home

Meet Belle at the Atlanta Humane Society's Mansell Campus.

This week Belle has been chosen as Pet Patch of the Week. Belle is our longest term resident who is quickly approaching her one year anniversary at our shelter. We truly don’t understand why she is still here because this girl has lots of personality and a sweet disposition. Belle is a beautiful, black pit bull terrier mix. At almost two years old, this little lady is strong, energetic and loves to spend quality time in the play yards with her favorite people. Belle also loves water and will happily hop in the kiddie pools at the Atlanta Humane Society Mansell Campus and swim and splash away. Come to the Atlanta Humane Society's Mansell Campus to meet our sweet Charlie, a beautiful, tan hound mix. Charlie is one year and eight months old and at 60 pounds would make a great running buddy. He is a friendly boy who is polite on a leash and good with basic manners. Charlie is very shy initially and will need an owner that understands this and is willing to give him time to warm up and adjust to his new family. This week the Atlanta Humane Society wants to highlight our sweet, spunky Becca. Becca is a seven month old, domestic shorthair mix with the prettiest tabby coat. Her markings are very unique with a grey and orange tabby pattern alternating with solid white. Becca is very loving and enjoys snuggly beds and toys. Tom is this week's Pet of the Week from the Atlanta Human Society campus in North Fulton.

This week the Atlanta Humane Society wants to highlight a very special kitty who has been living with us since May of this year. This beautiful, black and white domestic shorthair mix is named Tom and is a sweet boy who is full of character. He is still very young at two and a half years old and still acts like an outgoing, playful kitten! Aside from his quiet, gentle meow, Tom is all boy. Sweet Roxxie a Quick Learner Who Loves to Run and Play

Like all dogs adopted out of the Atlanta Humane Society, Roxxie has been vaccinated, spayed, micro-chipped, dewormed and tested negative for heartworms.

This week the Atlanta Humane Society would like to highlight our sweet Roxxie as Patch Pet of the Week. Roxxie is a sleek black and white Pit Bull Terrier mix who is still a puppy at heart despite being two and half years old. This little girl is unaware of the unfortunate stereotypes that can be associated with Pit Bull mixes because she is the most loving girl you will ever meet. Roxxie never meets a stranger! Adopt This Affectionate Cat at Humane Society

Boots prefers any activity when you are near.

Boots is a beautiful lady with bright green eyes and a fluffy, medium length coat. Her black and white markings are unique and, true to her name, she sports four white booties! Boots came to the shelter after spending some time in a foster home where she raised four beautiful kittens. She was a very good mommy and now that all her babies have found loving homes Boots is ready for it to be her turn. Despite having been a mommy, Boots is still very young at only one year and nine months old. She is sweet, affectionate and loves being petted.
