Rotary Club of Alpharetta Receives Major Donation
John and Karen Hipes reach major donor status after donating $10,000.
The Rotary Foundation of Rotary International is pleased to recognize John and Karen Hipes, members of the Alpharetta Rotary Club, for achieving the Major Donor status. A Major Donor is a person or husband and wife who have contributed a minimum of $10,000 to The Rotary Foundation. John and Karen are mission minded with a heart for international service. The money from their donation will be used for the Alpharetta Rotary Clean Water Project in Ecuador. The Rotary Foundation is a not-for-profit charitable organization supported entirely by voluntary contributions.
