Man Found Dead Outside, Partially Clothed – Cartersville Patch Bartow County authorities are investigating the death of a 25-year-old man found outside, partially clothed. Sheriff Clark Millsap said a news release that at 11:02 a.m. on Saturday, deputies and emergency medical personnel responded to 47 Middlebrook Drive in response to a possible death.
