Pets Needing Homes to Fill Wills Park Equestrian Center
An Animal Rescue Fair returns to Alpharetta for 5 hours on Sunday, June 10, looking to promote awareness of pet rescue and homeless pets, and to help them find homes.
You'll see a lot more dogs than horses if you visit the Wills Park Equestrian Center on Sunday afternoon, as the Animal Rescue Fair 2012 fills the area from noon to 5 p.m. Save the Horses and the Canine Adoption Network are hosting the event, which intends to bring awareness of pet rescue and help homeless dogs, cats and other pets find permanent homes, as well as educate the public on pet care and resources available to all. A Walk of Fame at 2:30 p.m. will celebrate the previous adoptions that have found their “Forever Homes”. Register online to participate in the walk.
