Kroger Partners with American Cancer Society to Raise Awareness, Funds

For two weeks local grocery stores are asking for donations for Relay for Life "footprint" icons.

Kroger and the American Cancer Society (ACS) are partnering for an in-store fundraiser – from today, Feb. 3 to Saturday, Feb. 16 – that raises awareness and funds to help fight cancer. During the two-week campaign, Kroger will urge its customers to donate to ACS by purchasing $1 Relay For Life “footprint” icons at Kroger checkouts. Relay for Life of Alpharetta will start Friday, April 26, at 6 p.m. at the Milton Center stadium.
