European Market Fills Milton Avenue in Downtown Alpharetta this Weekend
Local residents will find two big tents full of work from artists, artists and other finds by "gatherers" on Saturday and Sunday.
Downtown Alpharetta will take on the feel of a European Market on Saturday and Sunday, with two big tents filling Milton Avenue between Main Street and Canton Street. The two tents will be filled with booths of handcrafted jewelry, vintage furnishings, fashion & accessories, art, gifts and collectibles, one of a kind unusual finds by local artisans & gatherers. Tina Soucie, the market creator, said she has had this kind of market previously in Cobb County. One of the participants in that version of the European Market, Donald Mitchell, is now a City Councilman.
