Alpharetta dedicated this neigbhorhood park in its goal to bring more recreation opportunities closer to itsMore residents. Located across the street from a pair of subdivisions, it offers a concrete walking path for exercise circling a large open green space for casual recreation. Two pavilions offer shade, while a playground adds fun for the neighborhood children.

City leaders and the Alpharetta Arboretum group established a small arboretum at the park. One of the trees was dedicated to the late John Moskaluk, the former Engineering and Public Works director under whose leadership the department aided Parks and Recreation to develop more parks. A rain barrel demonstration project uses rainfall off of the restroom building's roof to supply water for the park. Additional parking is available at Lowe's.

Birmingham Park

Birmingham Park is a new property within the City of Milton’s Parks & Recreation Department. The 200-acreMore tract is undeveloped; and the city is currently planning how the park will be used. It is open for hiking and biking. The park is located on Hickory Flat Road, behind the Milton Fire Station No. 43.
Windward Soccer Complex

The Windward Soccer Complex has two playing fields within a fenced area and one set of bleachers for spectators. TheMore fields are located on Windward Parkway, a few blocks east of Clubhouse Drive. To schedule time to play at the soccer park, call the Alpharetta Parks and Recreation Department.
