My heart breaks for this young man and his family. I pray to God for this family for comfort andRead More strength.

I can't begin to imagine the hurt of his family, especially his parents. He sounds like a wonderfulRead More young man, and many wil miss the opportunity of having to meet and be touched by this child of God. May you rest in peace, may your family find comfort and strength, and I pray the attackers be apprehended and dealt the swift arm of justice.

Mary Jo and Gregory and all Christopher's family and friends, my heart goes out to you!!! I didn'tRead More know Christopher but everything I have read about him and seeing his contagious smile grabs my heart! I know there are no words to take away the pain you are feeling but just know how many people have you in their hearts and prayers. I am an Avensong resident and I so wish I could have been there to help!!!! As Andy W said it, I also pray the attackers are apprehended QUICKLY and brought to justice! I believe in heaven and I know that my family and friends who are there are welcoming Christopher with a lot of love!

This is exactly why I hope Alpharetta does not have plans to Urbanize Alpharetta. It's just bringsRead More all kinds of criminals into this city. Alpharetta police is usually on it, so hopefully they will find these thugs and throw away the key. I've lived in GA for over 10 years and the crime here within the last 5 years has been astronomical. It's really bad and under reported, especially in the Metro Atlanta area, specially Buckhead and Midtown.

I adore Dr. Denmark! I am so thankful for the wisdom in caring for young children the Lord gaveRead More her! God used her in my life and in the lives of my friends and I will be forever thankful for that. Welcome home, sweet Dr. Denmark! I know you are loving worshipping your Savior!

The Lord called home a true saint when he called Dr. Denmark Home on April 1, 2012. I will alwaysRead More remember as a child in the 1960's heading to Dr. Denmark's office next to her home on Glenridge Drive. My mother would pack our lunch because it was not uncommon to wait half a day to see her... She was a remarkable person and a wonderful Doctor who did so much for so many...

Dr. Denmark will forever be in our hearts...her wisdom came directly from the heavens. After eachRead More visit with my children, I felt like I had been visiting family. She would open the door into the small waiting area where many families were waiting and always say, "who's my next angel". We all loved her and we loved visiting with the other families waiting to see her and hearing all their stories of how and why they found Dr. Denmark. We will miss her...

Long live the legend of the Roswell Chicken Man.... a rare bird indeed.... I am so glad I got toRead More know him personally... to witness his courage in this world of "go along to get along" no matter what the cost.... Andrew stood up for himself and others and for what is right...spoke up and spoke out.... no matter what the cost... He gets a purple heart for bravery in the fight for personal liberty and property rights against abusive city officials... Our communities need more Andrews and fewer government officials trying to justify their jobs by terrorizing innoscent citizens to death...

I hope Mr. Wordes family and friends can sue the city of Roswell. I feel that this man was drivenRead More into suicide and that the city of Roswell has a serious share of guilt in this situation. This could happen to any individual and the city should absolutely not be allowed to get away with this monstrosity. I have read the different articles regarding this situation and it is apparent to me that there is much more to this story. Mr. Wordes, I believe, was a victim of gross harassment. Anybody can be driven to suicide under the right conditions. Again, I hope the friends and family of Mr. Wordes can take legal action against those that are guilty so that his death will not be in vain. He looked like a very nice man, a gentle soul who dearly loved his animals.

I agree with Elizabeth (comment above). He was harassed. The adult version of "bullying"Read More that we are so concerned about with our children in schools.

Assistant City Attorney Bob Hulsey told Roswell Patch in an e-mail that there were no currentRead More Roswell citations or court proceedings pending against Wordes. He went on to say "My understanding is that today's events (home explosion) were precipitated by an order of eviction by Fulton Magistrate Court,". That’s what is call CYA ! Mr. Hulsey needs to explain his involvement in the filing of a 55-page civil suit against Mr. Wordes. The suit was filed by Roswell's city attorneys in attempt to deny Mr. Wordes his right to a public defender after Roswell’s municipal court judge directed Roswell’s legal department to provide Mr. Wordes a public defender for his criminal cases. At the time of the filing Mr. Wordes’ public defender said he wasn't aware that a civil lawsuit like this has ever been filed in Roswell City Court before. Mr. Wordes told me that his public defender, a criminal defense lawyer, stated that the law suit was so involved and "it looks like they are trying to lien and probably take your house." Andrew’s public defender went on to say they spent a lot of time figuring out how to get you and it looks like they have. The suit was conveniently dropped by Roswell's legal department after foreclosure.

The AJC and casual reporter Louis Mayeux would have it that a Catholic archbishop issuing directivesRead More in keeping with his office is controversial. I suppose there is a grain of truth to that sentiment, in the sense that a Catholic cleric is often a sign of contradiction to injustice. The irony here is that the unmentioned controversies are (1) the intrusion of anti-establishment notions into ancient Catholic ceremonies and (2) pro-abortion opportunists exploiting the good name of "Catholic" for political ends. If the agitators would quit trying to pass off foreign elements as Catholic, then the Archbishop's routine statements about everyday Church matters would have enjoyed a better chance of being reported in the proper light. John Francis Donoghue, pray for us, we'll pray for you; requiescat in pace.
