I shop @ this Publix often. There are some rude and unpleasant employee's such as a cashier Donna and even an assistant manager named Jeff. These two in particular will never smile or greet you. If Jeff is not hanging out in the office he's prancing around the store as if he's the CEO of Publix. It's unfortunate for them! Thumbs up to all the employee's in the Deli Department. They're always courteous, friendly and professional. They will acknowledge you and always ask if you need help. Jeff and Donna could learn a thing or two from the Deli Department.

I love Publix and have happily shopped at this store since they opened. I have never come across an employee that wasn't helpful. I am amazed at their level of service, I am always asked if I need help with something in every department!
