Food here is great which it stinks that the service is SO terrible. Servers & Mgmt. They have many screens but from main part of rest. only 3 large screens can be seen well. The Steelers were 1 screen, the Falcons were 1 screen. EVERY person in area was in PIT gear (except me-those I was w/ are PIT fans) yet 3rd screen was on Ravens-Chiefs. I'm a huge Giants fan & asked that screen be changed to my game. The servers told me it COULD NOT be changed for a # of ludicrous & incomprehensible reasons-examples: Them: It's a Mich bar My Response: College football is Sat Them: The Steelers game has to be on My Response: The Steelers game is on. I'm not asking that to be changed. Them: Well the manager says it can't be changed. At that point I asked to talk to the manager who REFUSED to talk to me. I know there are other things that take priority but if a cust is unhappy you say I'll be out in a few minutes you do not REFUSE to try & correct a situation for a paying cust! I'll admit @ that point I got a lil heated & was speaking sternly becuz I was upset I was being jerked around & it seemed like they were too lazy to get it done. Finally a server changed it.
In addition to their ridiculous inability to complete a simple channel change, the staff is terrible about refills and checking up on tables (not just my table, I watched the tables around me as well wondering if they were angry at me for making them do their jobs and therefore purposely ignoring our table - it wasn't just us).
