Good food. Nice Decor. SERVICE IS HORRIFIC. Anytime an owner tells you 'find a new restaurant if you don't like the service, it's time to find a new Chinese restaurant. I figured with a Chinese restaurant on every corner, the differentiating factor would be Service (in this case lack of). My thoughts...since I am not price conscious, then why would I want to support someone who lacks the Southern hospitality style of service, especially when there are restaurants down the street, Xian Bistro, who offer good food and quality service. I am sure Xian would gladly appreciate my business. As much I enjoy supporting small businesses, I don't feel bad when a small busines goes under because of horrific service. Maybe it is a cultural thing amongst 1st gen. immigrants but service is not a strong point. Hopefully Lin's will see this post and change their attitude...In fact, if you place an order, try requesting a change and see how they behave (this review may help)...OR save yourself from potentially bad service and go down to the competition, Xian. Good luck.
