Hard to understand why you wouldn't recommend this salon as it was only one stylist that cut your hair. Two of their best stylists just left to open their own salon at the beginning of November. I would recommend H.O.S. Hair Salon & Spa by Hasnae D. and Ozlem Y. highly to anyone.

Worst hair cut ever. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. They did not listen to what I wanted and took off more than 7 inches when I asked for a trim. I was growing my hair out to donate my hair to locks of love, but now it will take me a very long time to grow it out long enough to make a good donation. She even burned my scalp with the blow dryer and flat iron. I am going to another salon tomorrow to see if they can fix the mess I am left with but I am afraid I will be wearing a hat for a while. I am so disappointed. I spent a good part of the afternoon in tears. Please save yourself the risk and choose another salon.

Their great location within North Point Mall make it easy to stop by for a great blow out while out shopping for the day.
