I heard about Duffy Realty from a friend of my mine. I was not sure about it at first. Really, I thought I could sell my house on my own. Let's just say, getting a contract on my house with Duffy Realty took less time than when I tried to sell it on my own. I am a true believer of Duffy Realty. The "A La Carte" program is an ingenious idea. You pick the program that suits your needs. That sold me. Now I refer Duffy Realty to everyone. My boyfriend’s father is now selling his house with Duffy after trying to sell his on his own too.

We listed our home in January, with the anticipation of being able to move by May. Although I followed all of Rhonda’s recommendations, I did not expect to see much traffic, since we were attempting to sell in the middle of winter. However, over the following two weeks, we had 22 showings and 4 offers. After some negotiating, we were under contract within days. A week later, we secured a backup contract from a 5th buyer, just in case the first contract failed to close. We closed at the end of February with the first buyer, and had no issues.

Selling your house with Duffy Realty flat-fee is a no-brainer. You save a substantial amount and you deal directly with the buying realtors, which I prefer over going through the selling realtor (simple stuff, like, when can we view the house, discussing the condition of the house etc.) The negotiations still go through Duffy. I sold my house within 2 months at a good price. In my opinion, no other realtor could have done a better job and I saved $8,000!
