First time here as of yesterday, last time here as of yesterday. I want to be clear the staff was perfect and professional. I took an employee out for a lunch meeting prior to a vendor meeting. Ordered the smoke salmon appetizer. There was no smoke or salmon flavor, it tasted very fishy, which I should have sent back. Thankfully I did not get sick (so far). Don't get me wrong I love salmon and I am not inexperience in finer foods. I also had the cabernet salad adding salmon. The salad was very small and over dressed, or should I say drenched. The salmon was a good portion, however, now we have a severely overcooked salmon, dry and absolutely no seasoning, maybe this is the same old salmon used for the appetizer. The employee ordered the fried lobster claws and the 8 oz filet with mash potatoes which she had no complaints. The zinger.....no information on the menu, the salmon on the salad addition cost more than the salad itself, the price of mash potatoes cost the same as a 5lb. bag of potatoes. Upside the dessert was awesome and larger than the fish and filet. I will stick with my beloved Sushi Nami or drive out to Rays on the River.
