In the same location for more than 10 years, the Aqua Blue restaurant is well known in the Roswell area for fun and an excellent menu.  With more than 70 seats in a large bar area, there are nightly bar-side features with an excellent bar menu. Thursday night is for singles and dancing, featuring a live band and complimentary hors d'oeuvres.    Wednesday is Ladies' Night with $5 cocktails and a special menu.    Don't miss Tuesday either, with $5 sake and half-price sushi.
