Participants will only be asked to pay what they can to take part in Lift Yoga's donation-based class on Saturday at Friendship Park in Crabapple.

Lift Yoga, Milton's yoga provider, will offer a donation-based outdoor class this weekend at Crabapple's Friendship Park.

The donation-based class will be held on Saturday, June 21, and participants are asked to pay what they can.

The class, which is timed to take place under the sun's highest position on the longest day of the year, will be held from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and is open to everyone, regardless of ability.

Many poses offered can even be done in a chair, said Kim Saunders, founder of Lift Yoga.
