Golfing for the Dogs, 'Warm Bodies' Downtown and John Fogerty in Concert

Tee It Up: The Giving Foundation's 17th Annual Tee It Up Golf Tournament Tuesday, Oct. 22 at The Manor Golf & Country Club. The tournament benefits Canine Assistants. A gala dinner with silent and live auctions will be held Saturday, Oct. 26.
Jan Jones Represents...Milton: Rep. Jan Jones of Milton will be the guest of the city's Better Together volunteer organization for a legislative update at Milton City Hall on Thursday, Oct. 24 at 7 p.m. She will discuss issues and taken questions from the public.
Warm Bodies in Downtown Alpharetta: The final Movies Off Main! family event will be Friday, Oct. 25, starting at 7 p.m. Bring your own blankets, chairs or other creature comforts to downtown Alpharetta view the movie on a large screen on Old Roswell Street. Speaking of creatures, this week's movie is "Warm Bodies," a zombie-themed love story. Don't worry too much parents, it's free and rated PG-13.

John Fogerty in Alpharetta: John Fogerty performs songs from his iconic songbook, both from his solo career and with Creedence Clearwater Revival at Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre on Friday, Oct. 25 at 7 p.m. Tickets start at $19.50
Drug Take Back: The City of Milton Police Department will take part in the seventh installment of the DEA's National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day Saturday, Oct. 26 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Target on Ga. 9 in Milton. All forms of prescription drugs will be taken, no matter how old.
