Windward Rotary Club Installs New President, Board of Directors
Outgoing President Margi Urquhart handed over the gavel to Chris Mixon, but not before the club celebrated another Club of the Year honor.
The Windward Rotary Club enters its 10th year with another milestone as a Category 1 Club of the Year for District 6900.
John Bowers was named Rotarian of the Year by outgoing President Margi Urquhart, who handed out many other awards during the club's installation dinner on July 27.
Urquhart passed the gavel to Chris Mixon, who will be president for the 2011-12 year.
