Izzy Wants a Family to Call Her Own

Young cat looking for happy meows.

Izzy is a sweet girl who came to the because her owners had landlord issues and could no longer take care of her.

She is two and a half years old and has been at the Humane Society since the end of January. Although she is glad to have people who take care of her, she is tired of living at a shelter and wishes for a family she can call her own and who will commit to taking care of her always.

Izzy is an active girl, who loves to run and play. She diligently waits at the door of her kitty suite hoping to find someone to play with and shower with her happy meows.

Currently she is living in a room with other cats and could potentially get along with others if given time to adjust in an understanding home.

While Izzy is very enthusiastic about visitors and always ready to love, she can be a little shy in new places and would do best with a family who has time to help her adjust to the new adventures of life in a home.

While waiting for her new family, Izzy has been spayed, micro-chipped, vaccinated, dewormed and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV.

If interested in adopting Izzy or one of her furry friends, come to the Atlanta Humane Society’s Mansell Campus located at 1565 Mansell Rd, Alpharetta, GA, for a “meet and greet.” Please bring your whole family to meet Izzy and see if she is a perfect match.
