Traffic Delays on Rucker Road to Last for Weeks
The activity involves a section of the road between Jordan Lane and Welford Trace near St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church.
Expect regular traffic delays on Rucker Road starting on Monday and last for up to 45 days.
The City of Alpharetta is advising motorists to anticipate periodic lane closures and general travel delays along a portion of Rucker Road between Jordan Lane and Welford Trace near Saint Thomas Aquinas Church.
Construction activity related to private development along the heavily traveled corridor will cause the delays.

All activity affecting the roadway and traffic will occur between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Monday through Friday each week.
Commuters and other motorists are being encouraged by the city to avoid the area and choose alternate travel routes whenever possible.Â
