Sure, Zillow has been doing it for years. They will ask you to name a price that will make you pack up everything, hire the movers and get out of dodge faster than a barefoot Jack Rabbit on a hot, greasy griddle!
Well, to the astonishment of most homeowners, their "make me move" price is not only doable, but less than the current market value of their home.
So, that's where I come in.
