'The Princess Bride' Showing for Free in Downtown Alpharetta

Alpharetta's Movies on Milton series presents the movie outdoors on a large inflatable screen.

A classic movie will be featured on Friday night in downtown Alpharetta as "The Princess Bride" is shown in the Movies on Milton series.

City organizers say after a busy week of back to school activities, take a break and enjoy a free PG-13 movie on Milton Avenue, across from Alpharetta City Hall.

It's the 20th anniversary of "The Princess Bride," starring Cary Elwes and Robin Wright in a film about a young farmhand on a quest to be reunited with his one true love.
