UGA, Alabama Men's Lacrosse Coming to Alpharetta, Roswell

The upcoming weekend series is part of a recently established partnership between the Alpharetta Lacrosse Club and University of Georgia Lacrosse.

Alpharetta and Centennial high schools will be the sites next weekend when the men’s college lacrosse teams from the Universities of Georgia, Alabama, and South Florida play a series of round-robin matches.

The Georgia Lacrosse Southern Showcase will be a weekend series of MCLA Division 1 college lacrosse matchups led by the 2013 Southeastern Lacrosse Conference Champion Bulldogs. Matches will be played Feb. 21-23 at the two north Fulton high schools

The upcoming weekend series is part of a recently established partnership between the Alpharetta Lacrosse Club and University of Georgia Lacrosse. UGA recently hosted a development camp for middle school and high school players in advance of tryouts for the spring season.

The schedule for the weekend is as follows:

Friday, February 21, 7:00 PM - Georgia vs. Alabama at Centennial High School

Saturday, February 22, 4:00 PM - Alabama vs. South Florida at Alpharetta High School

Sunday, February 23, 1:00 PM - Georgia vs. South Florida at Alpharetta High School

Tickets may be purchased at the gate for $5 per game or $10 for the series.
