Toney Leads Raiders Against North Forsyth
Alpharetta High's men's varsity basketball team won the battle of the boards by 16.
The men's varsity basketball team won last Friday night, Jan. 20. The Raiders recorded a 62-39 win over North Forsyth.
Alpharetta won the battle on the boards by 16, and had 4 players with 5 or more rebounds with Bjorn Walker leading the way with 8. Ty Toney used all parts of the stat sheet with 19 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assist, 4 steals, and 1 block shot. Carlos Burse had 10 points and 6 rebounds.
Alpharetta's defense was suffocating at times forcing 29 turnovers, and coming up with 16 steals.
