St. Francis Boys Basketball Team Plays Commerce Championship Game Tonight
The girls team lost its quarterfinal game in a tournament in Naples, FL.
The St. Francis Knights boys basketball team will play Douglas County in the championship game of the Commerce High Christmas Tournament at 8:30 p.m. today, Dec. 30.
defeated Gilmer in semi-finals of the tournament, 74-56.

Coach Cabral Huff reports that Connor Smith led the Knights with 26, freshman Kaiser Gates scored 14 and Justis Morgan scored 13.
The Knights face an undefeated Douglas County team, he said.

The St. Francis girls team lost to Edgewater, 53-40, in a quarterfinal game at the NPN Holiday Shootout on Thursday.
With a 56-31 win over Louisville-Christian Academy on Wednesday, St. Francis had advanced to the winner’s bracket on the first day of the Naples Daily News Holiday Shootout at Barron Collier High School.
