Alpharetta, Milton Students Tapped to Row at Prestigious Colleges

Cassi Lobaugh, Maggie Nugent and Hannah Onians have signed letters of intent to row at three different colleges.

Eleven high school seniors at Atlanta Junior Rowing Association (AJRA) in Roswell were recruited from this year’s Varsity squads to row at college crew programs - representing the highest number of recruits in the club’s 25-year history.

Two of the recruits are from Cambridge High School and one is from St. Francis High School.

A total of nine members of the AJRA’s Varsity Women’s squad signed NCAA letters of intent to row with highly ranked college teams. And two members of Varsity Men’s squad will also row on prestigious crew teams.
