Plenty of other quarterbacks had better statistics last week than Colin McElroy (see the stats of Alpharetta's Joshua Dobbs below), but few had the impact that the Milton signal-caller had last week.

After his team was trailing rival Roswell 13-0 in the second half, McElroy led the Eagles on two touchdown drives — including the game-winner with less than a minute left — in a 14-13 victory.

First, McElroy ran 45 yards for a TD midway through the third quarter. Then he completed an 8-yard scoring pass to Ryan Jenkins with 18 seconds remaning for the win.

McElroy completed 9 of 15 passes for 94 yards.

Other top performances:

Joshua Dobbs, quarterback: Completed 22 of 34 passes for 334 yards and six touchdowns in a 42-7 win over North Forsyth.

Julian Macon, running back: Four rushes for 63 yards.

Jalen Simmons, running back: Seven rushes for 50 yards, and caught a 13-yard touchdown.

Nevin Harton, receiver: Had six receptions for 49 yards.

Adam Schildhammer, receiver: Caught five receptions for 57 yards and two touchdowns.

Carlos Burse, receiver: Had four receptions for 97 yards and a touchdown.

Daniel Clements, receiver: Two receptions for 25 yards.

Kyle Wilson, receiver: Caught a 48-yard touchdown reception.

Blake Rowlinson, receiver: Caught a 37-yard touchdown reception.

Michael Wagner: Nine solo tackles, one assist and one tackle for loss.

Bryce Grauss: Six solo tackles, one assist, one sack and one tackle for loss.

Matt DeRito: Five solo tackles, three assists.

Peyton Barber, running back: Rushed 19 times for 87 yards.

Treyvon Paulk, running back: Rushed 18 times for 84 yards, and caught two passes for six yards.

Ryan Jenkins, receiver: Caught four passes for 53 yards and a touchdown, and rushed for 22 yards.

Devon Schmitt, receiver: Caught 10 passes for 191 yards and four touchdowns in a 56-24 loss to Our Lady of Mercy. Schmitt finished with more than 1,000 receiving yards this season.

Bailey Miller, quarterback: Completed 11 of 23 passes for 200 yards and four touchdowns.

Tarez Miller, running back: Finished the season with more than 1,000 rushing yards.
