James Avery has opened its Alpharetta store in North Point Mall, according to the mall's general manager, Nick Nicolosi.

The family-owned jewelry retailer announced two weeks ago that it was moving this store after 20 years in Mansell Crossing. The store is located on the lower level across from the Apple store and next to Coach.

James Avery features artfully-crafted jewelry with designs in sterling silver, 14K gold and gemstones for women and men of all ages. The new location has digital technology to display key messages.

“We are glad to offer our shoppers a familiar jewelry option with the opening of James Avery,” said Nicolosi. “James Avery will provide the quality our shoppers have come to expect from the exceptional specialty stores at North Point Mall.”

Howell Ridout, vice president of Real Estate and Development at James Avery, spoke about the debut of the retailer's new store design in North Point Mall.

“The in-store imagery and messaging will give customers a peek into the symbolism and artistry that drives our efforts to help customers connect with the people and ideas they care about most. We look forward with great anticipation to this special unveiling at North Point Mall,“ he said.

Nationwide, the company operates 69 stores across the South and Midwest. Customers can visit the James Avery website (www.jamesavery.com/storelocations) to find the closest store location.
