Lake Windward PTA Raises Thousands by Selling Car Washes
The fundraiser tops last year's results by $1,600.
The Lake Windward PTA just raised $8,217 by selling car wash tickets, which was $1,600 more than last year's results.
The PTA raised the funds through the Autobell Charity Car Wash program. Proceeds of the PTA's "Wash 'Em for Wally" fundraiser will be used for student enrichment programs, supplies, and technology.
With the car wash program, nonprofits sell full-service car wash tickets good at any Autobell location and retain half the proceeds of the sale.
