Milton High Swimmer Earns Student-Athlete of the Month Honors

Katie Grover is ranked nationally as a swimmer and maintains a 4.0 GPA.

A Milton High School swimmer was the female Student-Athlete of the Month for December honored by XL212.

Katie Grover of Milton High and Conor Linneen of Fellowship Christian School were honored for their outstanding achievements on the field, in the classroom, and in their respective communities.

Katie holds several of the swimming records at Milton, and she is ranked in the top 10 nationally for events such as the 100 Fly and the 100 Backstroke. So far as a junior, she has maintained a 4.0 GPA throughout her high school career.  Katie also serves her community by giving swim lessons and faithfully serving her church, St. Thomas Aquinas.

Conor Linneen, a senior at Fellowship Christian School, was selected to play in the North Fulton Forsyth Touchdown Club Chamber Bowl All-Star Game. He led his team in several categories including tackles and receiving yards.  Academically, Conor ranks in the top five of his class and participates in numerous clubs with his school. He spends time working with kids through the Junior Paladins as well as with a football team mission called "Man Power."
