MaxPreps Names Milton Eagle to 2012 All-American Football Team

Carl Lawson, a senior who played on the defensive line, was the only North Fulton high school player who earned the honor.

Carl Lawson, a member of the Milton High Eagles varsity football team, was one of three Georgians named to the first team defense on the MaxPreps 2012 All-American Football Team.

"The Class Region 5-AAAAAA Defensive Player of the Year, the Auburn commit amassed a whopping 26 sacks as a senior," according to a story by MaxPreps' Stephen Spiewak.

The 6-feet, 3 inch, 245-pound Lawson played his senior season on the defensive line.
