Alice Qiao won a gold medal in skating today, Oct. 23, earning the hardware in the 2013 South Atlantic Regional Championships Intermediate Ladies division.
Alice, a seventh grader at Fulton Science Academy Private School, will compete with 11 other girls in the 2013 Eastern Sectional Championships Nov. 8-12 in Hyannis Port, MA. The top four skaters from that competition will compete with eight other girls from the other two US sections in the 2013 National Championships, Jan. 20-27, 2013 in Omaha, NE.
