Fulton School Board Holding Retreat in Alpharetta

The district's North Transportation Center plays host to Tuesday's meeting.

Residents from Alpharetta, Milton and the rest of North Fulton might find it easier to keep tabs on the Fulton County Board of Education this week, as the elected body will meet in Alpharetta on Tuesday, Aug. 23.

The school board will meet for a retreat from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the district’s North Transportation Center.

All meetings of the school board are open to the public unless designated as executive session where, by law, the board must convene in private to discuss land, legal or personnel items. Any vote resulting from executive session discussion, however, will occur in an open public setting.
