Drive to Roswell to Meet the Superintendent Finalist

Fulton Schools schedules meet-and-greet Wednesday at Centennial High, the only meeting in North Fulton

Alpharetta and Milton residents will have to drive down to Roswell if they want to meet the Fulton School Board's choice for superintendent of schools before the 14-day public comment period ends.

Fulton County Schools announced in a news release today that superintendent finalist Robert Avossa will have two meet-and-greet opportunities next week, spending time Tuesday night, April 19, at Westlake High School in south Fulton and Wednesday, April 20 at Centennial High in Rowell.

Parents, students, staff, business leaders, elected officials and other Fulton residents can listen to Avossa as he share his educational philosophies and personal background. A Q&A session will be included.

A reception at 6:30 p.m. will precede the community meeting at 7 p.m. in Centennial High's auditorium. Centennial High School is located at 9310 Scott Road in Roswell.
