Alpharetta Student Completes Study at Montessori School

Kristen Carberry will head to middle school at summer's end.

Seven students recently completed their course of elementary studies at Village Montessori School in Roswell.

The Class of 2012 includes Alpharetta resident Kirsten Carberry; Marietta residents Maggie Lock and Percy Tann; Roswell residents Camryn Bossinas, Jack Friedline and Eshani Patel; and Woodstock resident Kayla Osmon.

The students will be matriculating into middle schools such as High Tower Middle School in East Cobb, First Montessori School of Atlanta, Rivers Academy in Alpharetta and The Walker School in Marietta.

 “This group of graduates is a very diverse and talented group of kids,” said Jason Kleiber, the student’s teacher and mentor of the last three years, “I’m confident they will do well in their new schools.  We’re sad to see them go, but wish them the best and know that they will keep in touch.” 

Founded in 1995, Village Montessori School serves children from 18 months-12 years of age. Siobhan Medina teaches 1st-3rd grade and 4th-6th grade is taught by Jason Kleiber. The lead teachers, who have completed graduate level studies across all academic disciplines, are assisted by Nancy Ewalt, Lindsay Muma, and Seema Patel.

Located at 1610 Woodstock Road in Roswell, it serves families from North Fulton, Cobb and Cherokee counties.
