Alpharetta, Milton Students Go Back to School

Today, Aug. 13, was the first day of classes in Fulton County.

Fulton County Schools started classes this morning, taking buses, riding with mom or dad – or even driving themselves – to get to school.

Expect morning rush hours to be a bit more crowded as carpools to school join buses in the early morning hours.

Daycare and after school programs will be busier, too.

's media specialist shared a few photos, as did , which welcomed 624 students on the first day of school.
