Accomplishment: Sara has been on her school's Academic Bowl team, its chorus and is a student ambassador, helping her get named Student of the Quarter by the Windward Rotary Club.
Key to awesomeness: Sara is just in her first year at Creek View after her family moved to Alpharetta, but that hasn't stopped her from participating and helping from day one. Her service-oriented personality shows in the classroom, where she's the first or second to arrive daily, and immediately starts helping her teacher take down the chairs and set it up for the day. She helps other students and participates in several community service projects. "She made a wonderful contribution to our fifth grade in just a single year," said her teacher, Allison Smith, who nominated her as a Whiz Kid.
