Ashton Woods Puts Hill in Charge of Alpharetta-Based Division

The South Forsyth resident will be in charge of strategic initiatives, land acquisitions, land development and homebuilding operations.

Dwayne Hill has been named president of the Atlanta division of Ashton Woods Homes, which is located on Mansell Road in Alpharetta.

In this position with the award-winning national private homebuilder, Hill will be responsible for the division’s strategic initiatives, land acquisitions, land development and homebuilding operations.

Most recently, Hill served as the Ashton Woods Corporate Vice President of Sales after joining the company in March 2010 as the Atlanta Division’s vice president of Sales and Marketing. He has more than 20 years of experience in the public and private homebuilding industry.

Hailing from Mount Olive, N.C., Hill is a graduate of Georgia State University with a bachelor’s degree in real estate and is a licensed real estate broker. He resides in South Forsyth County with his wife and three daughters.
