Residents Encouraged to Learn About Health Insurance Marketplace

Fulton County is asking residents to learn about the key change in the Affordable Care Act that will go into effect on Oct. 1.

As one of the biggest changes under the Affordable Care Act draws near, the Fulton County government is urging its residents to educate themselves about the key change. 

Beginning on Oct. 1, families and individuals will be able to purchase health insurance through what's known as the Health Insurance Marketplace.   

Three webinars will be offered by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services on the marketplace. Each session is free and open to the public. The sessions will be held on:
