North Fulton Residents to Learn How to Install a Rain Barrel

Although Alpharetta is a partner with Fulton County in the workshop, residents from other cities are welcome to register.

All the rain we've been having the past week or so has me thinking the idea of a rain barrel is a pretty good one. And in Alpharetta, a few lucky people who are quick to register can pay just $35 for a rain barrel – and get taught how to install and use it.

Alpharetta announced in a news release today that it is joining with Fulton County Public Works Water Services to invite North Fulton residents – not just Alpharettans – to a “make and take” rain barrel workshop.
